Delivery Information
We are a small UK business handcrafting solid wood chopping boards, cutting boards, and a variety of serving boards. As many of our products are custom made to order, please allow sufficient time for production and delivery. We always aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible while maintaining our high standards of quality and craftsmanship.
Stocked Products
Our individual product pages state if a product is stocked or made to order. If the product you choose is a stocked product (as opposed to made to order) then it will usually be dispatched within 2 working days of order confirmation

We update this section weekly to reflect current production times based on order volumes. Please check here for the most accurate estimate before placing your order.
Typical production time: 10-14 working days from order confirmation.

1. Order Processing
Your order is reviewed and confirmed within 1 working day of placement.
2. Handcrafting & Production
Your board is handmade in our workshop. This usually takes 10-14 working days, depending on order volume and design complexity (our current production times are detailed above).
3. Shipping & Delivery
Once complete, your order is shipped using a reputable UK courier. Delivery typically takes 2–3 working days.
All deliveries require a signature upon receipt to ensure safe delivery.
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has been sent, which will include your tracking details. Most orders are delivered within 2–3 working days from the date of dispatch. If there are any issues with your delivery or if your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 5 days of dispatch, providing full details.

- Free UK Delivery – on all orders over £75
- Flat Rate Delivery – £4.99 for orders under £75
Packaging Options
All orders are carefully packaged, and most are sent in our branded packaging. If you would prefer plain packaging (for example, if your order is a gift), please let us know in the “Notes” section , which is on the basket page during checkout, and we’ll be happy to accommodate your request.
